The main aim of this program is to increase the engagement of marginalized communities in governance matters given that people’s participation is a key component in socio-economic development of the country.

Objectives:

To enhance policy reforms that adopt a human rights-based approach with a strong bias to the marginalized.

- To increase civic participation in governance matters.

- To increase capacity of state and non-state actors on good governance.

- This program ensures that the people are well informed of good governance and are able to participate in them.
